About The Department

The Global Social Media team is seeking a platform operations and analytics specialist to own the technology, governance, controls, and measurement infrastructure supporting our global social media channels. This is not a content creation or social media community-management role. The position focuses on enterprise publishing platforms, workflow optimization, data and reporting, vendor management, access governance, compliance controls, and operational risk. Working closely with Content, Campaigns, Compliance, Technology, Security, and Analytics teams, this role ensures that our social media technology ecosystem operates efficiently, securely, and compliantly across global markets.

How You Will Add Value

Platform Technology & Operations

  • Own the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of enterprise social media publishing and governance platforms.
  • Manage platform configuration, integrations, user access, permissions, and controls.
  • Oversee technology vendors, service performance, platform roadmaps, and contract relationships.
  • Design and optimize global publishing, approval, and compliance workflows.
  • Establish and maintain taxonomy, tagging, data quality, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with Technology and Security teams on platform integrations, access governance, and technical risk.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and external vendors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
