Who are IDHL?

At IDHL, we’re more than a digital agency, we’re a strategic partner to ambitious brands, helping them accelerate growth in the digital economy.

Our expertise is delivered through three core divisions: Performance, Web & eCommerce, and Intelligence – all working closely together to create impact across channels.

We’re also home to Fostr, a Shopify Plus agency for luxury and lifestyle brands, and The MTM Agency, specialists in integrated marketing and audience engagement.

What connects it all is our focus on outcomes, not just outputs. We back each other, take pride in what we do, and make sure the way we work works for everyone.

Your role as Digital PR Account Executive

As a Digital PR Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in creating and pitching PR stories and reactive commentary designed to build brand awareness, authority and organic search visibility for clients.

Working within a PR team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues to secure high-quality online coverage, backlinks and brand mentions across relevant publications.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with research, copywriting, media outreach and report creation.

Main Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
