Principal Digital PR Executive

About the Role
Rise at Seven is seeking a dynamic Digital PR Executive to join our expanding team. This role involves working across reactive PR, campaign-led content, or a blend of both—focusing on the areas where your strengths align with the business’s needs.
In reactive PR, you’ll identify news hooks and execute them swiftly, converting opportunities into high-authority placements for clients. In campaigns, you’ll develop strategic, creative Digital PR stories designed to drive coverage and link-building in top-tier publications.
Your primary objective? Driving impactful results. We collaboratively support a diverse portfolio—spanning tech, beauty, and finance—as an integral part of a high-performing team that prioritises execution over theory.
About You
- Must have a proven track record in PR (agency or in-house experience).
- A positive, proactive attitude with energy and ambition to continuously learn.
- Curiosity-driven—eager to explore narratives that align with SEO/digital PR principles.
- Strong existing journalist relationships spanning multiple industries.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and draft high-quality press releases.
- A track record of securing placements in high-authority publications or measurable client results.
- German language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
