- Earned (digital PR, social)
We help clients to:
- Connect with the human behind the click – we harness human-led planning and technology to create experiences that connect more deeply and drive superior digital performance.
- Capture meaningful metrics that matter – we focus on meaningful results that drive business impact, not just superficial metrics, ensuring client strategy delivers real commercial success.
- Combine curious minds and powerful technology – we turn data into actionable insights, all powered and delivered by cutting-edge technology, giving clients a competitive edge in the market.
THE ROLE:
This is an exciting AM level role for a driven and creative individual to manage a diverse portfolio of digital PR (DPR) clients, including both domestic and global brands, such as Kia & Superdrug.
This role demands a deep specialism within DPR, with experience in delivering campaigns and tactical activity. This person will be comfortable in communicating with journalists through targeted outreach and managing media relationships, whilst reporting back against agreed KPIs. You will have knowledge of how to leverage organic social and influencers to maximise campaign performance and propose this where relevant.
You will have a creative and curious approach to deliver against our client’s briefs, through leading brainstorms, writing press releases, and working with our creative team to deliver campaign assets. You will work closely with our SEO strategy department to ensure that all DPR activity executed for SEO clients is in line with their overarching business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
