Digital Account Manager / Digital B2B Communications Consultant
London or Leeds | Hybrid | Up to £40,000 DOE & location
We are working with an award-winning, fast-growing B2B communications agency looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency Account Manager who wants to work across PR, digital PR, SEO, content and social, and be part of integrated campaigns.
The role
You’ll be the day-to-day lead across a portfolio of B2B clients, managing relationships and bringing together specialists across PR, SEO, content and social. You’ll be involved in:
- Developing integrated communications and campaign strategies
- Coming up with creative PR, digital PR and content ideas
- Using search, social and audience insight to identify opportunities
- Managing campaign delivery, timelines, budgets and internal teams
- Building strong client relationships and providing strategic advice
- Working across UK and international markets
- Measuring campaign performance and demonstrating client impact

About you
We’re looking for someone with agency experience at Account Manager level, ideally within B2B PR, digital PR, integrated communications, content or digital marketing. You’ll need to be confident managing clients, developing campaign ideas and working with different specialists. You don’t need to be an SEO expert, but you should understand how PR, digital PR, SEO, content and social can work together. You’ll be curious, organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of your accounts.
