Digital PR Manager
Full-time - Remote / hybrid / office - optional - up to £40,000 DOE (dependent on experience)
We're looking for a Digital PR Manager to lead and manage digital PR campaigns from strategy through to delivery. This is a client-facing, target-driven role: you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and hitting coverage and performance targets across your accounts.

Reactively is a boutique digital PR and SEO agency based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, working with clients across a range of industries on link-building and digital PR campaigns. We operate both directly and in a white-label capacity for partner agencies, delivering high-quality outreach and coverage for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver digital PR campaigns from concept through to coverage
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
- Set and hit campaign targets and KPIs, including coverage volume and quality
- Oversee outreach execution and media list strategy across campaigns
- Report on campaign performance and results to clients
- Identify newsworthy angles and campaign ideas tailored to client goals
- Manage client communications, expectations, and campaign timelines
- Work closely with the outreach team to guide pitching and targeting strategy
- Monitor industry trends and media opportunities to keep campaigns competitive
- Support client pitches, onboarding, and account growth where relevant

Ideal candidate
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar digital PR role
- Agency background strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing digital PR campaigns end-to-end
- Experience managing client relationships and expectations
- Track record of hitting targets and KPIs in a results-driven environment
- Strong understanding of media outreach, link building, and digital PR best practice
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer literacy, comfortable learning new tools and platforms
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting results and ideas to clients
