Digital PR Outreach Executive
We're looking for a Digital PR Outreach Executive to join our team in-house. This role is focused specifically on outreach: securing coverage, building and maintaining a strong media list, and developing genuine, lasting relationships with journalists and publications.
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 PA
About Reactively
Reactively is a boutique digital PR and SEO agency based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, working with clients across a range of industries on link-building and digital PR campaigns. We operate both directly and in a white-label capacity for partner agencies, delivering high-quality outreach and coverage for our clients.
This is not a social media role, and it's not a generalist marketing position. We need someone who lives and breathes outreach.
Team collaboration is a key part of this role, which is why it's based in our office rather than remote. You'll be working closely with the wider team on campaign ideas, target lists, and pitch strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
