Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Digital Print / CTP / Pre Press Operator based in Bishop's Stortford. The operator will be responsible for overseeing digital print production, managing pre-press requirements, and preparing files for print.

Responsibilities:
- Operate digital print (Ricoh 7100) & CTP
- Prepare and check artwork files for print production
- Carry out imposition, file correction, and colour checks
- Ensure print-ready files and plates meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot basic print and prepress issues
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in digital print, CTP and repro/prepress
- Good understanding of print and file formats (PDF, etc.)
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organised, and deadline-focused
- Must live within a sensible commute
