Role Description

The Digital Print Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Twickenham. This role entails the day-to-day operation of various digital printers (Heidelberg, Xerox, HP), including scheduling jobs, coordinating workflows, and ensuring print quality standards are met across all digital output. The supervisor will monitor equipment performance, manage print files and colour profiles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and supporting print operators
  • Enforcing health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining organized production records
  • Collaborating with design and account teams
  • Troubleshooting production issues
  • Optimizing processes to meet deadlines and client expectations

Qualifications

  • Experience with digital print machinery, RIP software, and colour management in a commercial print environment.
  • Knowledge of print finishing processes (cutting, binding, laminating, mounting) and large-format printing practices is preferred.
  • Ability to lead teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Relevant experience with PC and Mac operation and relevant software applications preferred.
