Please note: this role is full time office based

We're looking for a Digital Print Technician to join our Print Services team.

Based at the Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!

The Role:

As a Digital Print Technician at our energetic Enderby Head Office, you will be right at the heartbeat of NEXT. Joining our modern, in-house Reprographics team, you’ll produce high-quality, fast-turnaround graphics that support our stores, warehouses, and Head Office colleagues. Whether you are printing on paper, boards, garments, or fabrics, your work will make a visible difference across the business.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal customers to bring their ideas to life, as well as partnering with our wider team. In return, you’ll step into a fast-paced, encouraging environment where we will support you to play to your strengths, learn our systems, and take your career bigger and better than before.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Partnering directly with internal customers to understand their briefs, offering expert advice on different print projects.
  • Preparing artwork files and operating both small and large format digital presses across a wide range of substrates, applying the right finishing techniques.
  • Scheduling, annotating, and coordinating print jobs closely with our fellow technicians based in other locations.
  • Taking ownership of basic photocopier maintenance across the campus, keeping our internal fleet clean and running efficiently.
  • Managing department stock, including ordering, rotation, and replenishment to ensure the facility is always fully equipped.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
