Role Description
The Digital Producer will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital content for educational and storytelling-focused projects. This is a temporary role based in the office in Hackney, East London. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing digital production workflows
- Coordinating with directors, editors, and clients
- Overseeing content publishing across relevant platforms
- Organising project timelines
- Ensuring assets are delivered on schedule
- Maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the production cycle
- Reviewing digital media for quality and consistency
- Supporting script or copy development where needed
- Contributing ideas to enhance audience engagement and learning outcomes

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Digital Production and Digital Media for educational or storytelling-focused projects
- Strong Project Management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experience with Content Management systems and workflows for publishing and maintaining digital assets
- Effective Writing skills for briefs, scripts, captions, and project documentation
- Familiarity with collaborative production tools and basic understanding of post-production processes
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work inclusively in diverse teams
- Relevant experience in film, media, education, or digital content production
