Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Graduate!
The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is at the forefront of driving the Company’s online presence and customer engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and support our customers with engaging and informative content.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the management and delivery of our digital services, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation. You will also contribute to the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms.
What you'll be doing:

- Help with the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and day-to-day operation of our digital estate.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, prioritise enhancements, and communicate product updates and maintenance activities.
- Assist the Product & Delivery team by acting as a key point of contact for stakeholder and customer queries.
- Build strong relationships with our digital development agency, attending sprint ceremonies and helping to ensure the maximum value from the development work streams.
- Support the end-to-end project delivery process, including planning, coordination, testing, and successful implementation.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to understand business objectives and help deliver digital solutions that support marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Produce regular product performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience using user feedback, analytics and stakeholder insight.
- Support backlog refinement by documenting requirements and assisting with prioritisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
