Purpose
Create compelling digital product experiences that excite and empower users, delivering both business benefit and meaningful impact for Accenture Song clients.
Orientation
Lead end-to-end product design at the project level — from research and discovery through concept, UX, UI, and handoff; collaborate across disciplines; elevate the work around you and grow the designers you work alongside.

Years of Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years of digital product design experience
- Participation in all aspects of design: planning, research, concept creation, UX and UI design
- Strong experience in design system creation, maintenance, and management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or a related field

Craft
- Own the end-to-end design of the experience — from identifying user needs and generating concepts to defining and creating beautiful, coherent interactions
- Deliver user interfaces that are elegant extensions of the brand; build experiences that hook users in and nudge them along naturally and intuitively
- Create detailed visual and interaction design definitions based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations
- Drive and contribute to design systems across your workstream
- Maintain a strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and design to industry-recognised standards

Project
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design of the experience, collaborating with design leads, researchers, and engineers
- Collaborate with other designers, developers, and researchers on mixed-methods work to bring integrated value to clients
- Support new business development by providing expert design input in pitches and client meetings
Client
- Work in collaboration with client teams to understand the user, business, and brand
- Present thinking and explain, discuss, and justify design decisions through appropriate methods
- Create quality client deliverables that demonstrate rigour, craft, and clear design rationale
Skillset
- Strong product design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process across mobile and web
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC; strong visual and interaction craft
- Solid grounding in user research methods and usability testing
- Experience working in Agile product teams
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to diverse audiences
Portfolio Requirement
Applications without a design portfolio demonstrating craft quality, process, and relevant experience will not be considered.

- Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role. There will be a requirement to spend meaningful time on-site with clients, partners, and teams to enable delivery of the first-class experiences we are known for
- Some clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency
- Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client's office to work collaboratively
