Digital Product Design - Junior Product Designer
Location: London

Purpose
Contribute to the design of compelling digital products — supporting research, ideation, and the creation of UX and UI artefacts that help deliver meaningful experiences for users and clients.

Years of Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital product design or a related field
- Exposure to UX and UI design processes, including wireframing and prototyping
- Awareness of design systems and component-based approaches
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or a related field

Craft
- Contribute to product design activities across the full lifecycle — from research and concepting through to UX flows and UI screens
- Create clear, well-considered design artefacts: wireframes, user flows, and UI designs
- Work within and contribute to design systems, maintaining visual and interaction consistency
- Apply accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles to your work
- Prototype ideas at appropriate fidelity to support decision-making and usability testing

Project
- Support the design lead in delivering a workstream with quality and pace
- Collaborate actively with researchers, engineers, content designers, and strategists
- Manage your own tasks effectively within project timelines
Client
- Engage with client teams in a professional and collaborative way
- Develop confidence presenting design thinking and inviting feedback
- Build an understanding of client context, user needs, and business goals
Community
- Actively participate in studio events, design critiques, and community sessions
- Support more senior designers in organising and delivering team initiatives
Skillset
- Early-stage product design portfolio demonstrating visual craft, process, and growing range
- Proficiency in Figma; developing knowledge of the broader design toolchain
- Understanding of user research methods and how to apply findings to design decisions
- Awareness of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with a desire to learn
Portfolio Requirement
Applications without a design portfolio demonstrating craft quality, process, and relevant experience will not be considered.

- Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role. There will be a requirement to spend meaningful time on-site with clients, partners, and teams to enable delivery of the first-class experiences we are known for
- Some clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency
- Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client's office to work collaboratively
