YOUR ROLE
As a Digital Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, you’ll support the creation of thoughtful, brand-led digital experiences while developing a strong foundation in product design and design systems. Working alongside Product Designers, Strategists, Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers, you’ll contribute to the delivery of scalable, consistent digital products — learning how design decisions move from concept through to implementation. A key part of the role will involve contributing to and working within design systems, helping ensure quality, consistency and efficiency across digital experiences. You’ll begin to build confidence in how components, patterns and tokens come together to support multiple products and brands.
You’ll bring curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to grow your craft — learning from others, asking questions, and gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence develops. Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, and we believe that inclusivity and collaboration lead to better design outcomes.
Years of Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital product design.
- Experience contributing across multiple phases of the design process — research, concepting, UX, and UI.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or a related field.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
