Our Client
Our client, IDR Law, is the UK's only law firm practising exclusively in contentious probate — disputes arising from wills, estates and inheritances. Backed by BGF, with offices in Harrogate, Manchester and London, they've built three LegalTech products alongside the legal practice: IDR Connect, Larke Responder and Intentia.
About the Role
This is a newly created role that owns those products day-to-day — their delivery, their go-to-market, and how they perform commercially. It reports to the Head of Marketing, with direct access to the Founder & CEO.
To be clear on the level and scope, this isn't a technical role and you won't be managing a product or engineering org. It's for someone who's genuinely interested in SaaS and tech products, comfortable moving between commercial, delivery and marketing conversations, and organised enough to run three products at once without much oversight.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as day to day owner of all three products - the single point of contact for what's happening next
- Maintaining a clear roadmap for each and prioritising what gets built, working with the Head of Marketing and CEO
- Managing delivery timelines directly with our software engineer, and translating commercial requirements into precise, well-defined asks
- Owning pricing, positioning and go to market execution for each product
- Owning and reporting on commercial performance - usage, conversion, retention - with recommendations, not just numbers
- Building and managing the partner-integration and referral funnel (IDRN, Intelliflo and other channels)
- Working with the Marketing Executive team on value proposition, messaging and campaign priorities

What They're Looking For
- Experience in a product marketing, product management or product adjacent commercial role, ideally with SaaS or tech products
- Someone as at ease reviewing a delivery timeline as writing a product explainer
- A real interest in how tech products get taken to market and commercialised
- Confident with data, and able to turn usage and conversion numbers into decisions
- Organised and self-managing - three product workstreams running in parallel, minimal oversight
- No engineering background needed, but you do need to work directly with developers and be precise about what you're asking for

Nice to Haves
- Legal, financial or professional services experience
- Exposure to lightweight Agile practices
- An understanding of the probate or estate planning space, but this is not essential
