Product Lead | Customer Engagement & CRM
Location: Reading (Hybrid 1 – 2 days per week)
Duration: Initial 6 Months Contract
Day Rate: Competitive Inside IR35
We're looking for an experienced Product Lead to drive the development and delivery of strategically important customer propositions. This is a senior product role suited to someone who has successfully brought high-profile, customer-facing products and propositions to market, ideally within a complex enterprise environment. You'll be responsible for shaping product strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives from concept through to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development and launch of strategic customer-focused products and propositions.
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures.
- Work closely with business, technology, data, and delivery teams to drive outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Drive product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure products deliver measurable customer and business value.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or Product Leadership role.
- Track record of delivering complex, high-profile, or strategically significant products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Experience operating independently and driving initiatives with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, adapt to different audiences, and influence effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
