Digital Product Lead - CRM - Salesforce - Banking

An exciting opportunity opens for a Digital Product Lead to shape the future of the CRM (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC) across a leading banking environment. You’ll take ownership of the CRM vision and roadmap across Personal Banking, Corporate Banking and Wealth Management, driving customer-focused innovation and delivering measurable business value. This is a high-impact leadership role for a CRM and Salesforce product specialist who can bring together technology, business and regulatory stakeholders to turn strategy into meaningful digital change.

The Opportunity

  • Support the leadership of the evolution of CRM (Salesforce FSC) product, responsible for overseeing the successful development of prioritised features across Personal Banking, Corporate Banking and Wealth Management
  • Oversee delivery against the CLM vision, building the roadmaps and leading the prioritisation to deliver the vision successfully, ensuring alignment to wider Bank strategy and ensure that maximum business value is achieved
  • Maintain an agreed prioritisation framework for the backlog and review this periodically to ensure the backlog is iteratively prioritised against emerging business priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across Technology, Change, Data, Compliance, FinCrime, Proposition and our Branch network
  • Coordinate and run discovery analysis for emerging strategic initiatives, coordinating the creation of Business Cases for investment, conducting relevant business analysis and defining plans for delivery
  • Coach and mentor the Digital Product Owner community who oversee proactive, customer focused multi-disciplinary teams, supporting DPO’s in creating and managing relevant roadmaps for their respective domains
  • Co-create the definition and measurement of success criteria for CRM, creating a clear set of OKRs that support business goals and the Bank’s wider strategic objectives
  • Lead the CRM delivery teams to a reliable, predictable rhythm focused on measurable outcomes rather than output. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all initiatives adhere to regulatory standards, data requirements and internal risk frameworks
  • Work collaboratively with Heads of Digital Product to ensure overall alignment is achieved between products to deliver user and technical consistency and to evolve our digital products in a strategic and cohesive way
  • Serve as digital product SME

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
