Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week at VHQ, Crawley Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive Closing Date: 17th August 2026

As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital channels, owning a key customer journey such as Search, Booking, Loyalty or another strategic product area.

You'll define the vision, set the roadmap and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital experiences that delight customers and drive measurable business value. Working at the intersection of customer insight, technology and commercial strategy, you'll influence senior stakeholders and empower delivery teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

Day to day

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a key digital customer journey.
  • Translate customer needs, business priorities and market opportunities into clear product plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead product discovery to identify opportunities, validate ideas and ensure we solve the right customer problems.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences using agile ways of working.
  • Prioritise initiatives that maximise customer value and commercial performance while balancing technical and operational considerations.
  • Establish and track product OKRs and KPIs, using analytics, customer research and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Remove delivery obstacles, support effective decision-making and help teams maintain focus on delivering value.
  • Coach and mentor Product Owners, helping develop product capability and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Build trusted relationships across the business, influencing senior leaders and aligning stakeholders around product priorities.
  • Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to create better customer and business outcomes.

About you

  • You'll bring a combination of strategic thinking, commercial awareness and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.
  • We're looking for someone with:
    • Significant experience managing customer-facing digital products in an agile environment.
    • A proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
    • Experience leading both product discovery and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling, customer-centred business cases.
    • Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritisation and outcome-based planning.
    • Confidence using customer insight, analytics and experimentation to inform decisions.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
    • Experience coaching and supporting Product Owners or product teams through influence rather than formal line management.
    • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and customer-centric product thinking.

  • Experience within travel, ecommerce, loyalty or digital consumer products would be advantageous but isn't essential.
