Believ: ABOUT US
At Believ, formerly known as Liberty Charge, we believe sustainable transport should be accessible to everyone. We’re a Charge Point Operator (CPO) on a mission to create the UK’s most reliable electric vehicle charging network that doesn’t cost the earth and leaves no one behind.
We work closely with local authorities and businesses to deliver reliable, high-quality charging networks at pace, at scale and at zero cost.
We offer all the advantages of being a scale-up business, but with the added security and long-term backing from well-known parents - Liberty Global (who also own our delivery partner, Virgin Media O2) and Zouk Capital (who manage the Government’s Charging Investment Infrastructure Fund).
You’ll be joining this exciting journey at the start of our scale-up phase, and work with us to hit the ambitious targets our shareholders have set. You’ll become part of a passionate and supportive in-house cross functional Tech team of 15 people, working on-site 3 days a week, following agile and lean best practices.
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Product Manager to drive and improve our digital product portfolio, spanning both internal and external interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, this role will partner closely with Engineering and UX/UI leadership to deliver market-leading digital solutions that directly contribute to company-wide targets including utilisation and customer satisfaction. You will own the digital product management for one of our Engineering squads - spanning roadmap creation through to delivery - and will play a key role in influencing and implementing the product direction. Your immediate focus will be delivering a cutting-edge consumer-facing EV charging app and internal platform, while contributing to the entire digital product portfolio to identify and prioritise opportunities for innovation and value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the digital product strategy across the portfolio of internal and external digital products.
- Own the feature request intake process for the squad, evaluating and translating requests and business objectives into a coherent, prioritised roadmap.
- Track success metrics tied to company targets, including product utilisation, CSAT, and retention, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Iterate and improve on the product development lifecycle for digital interfaces, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch.
- Contribute to the product discovery process, maintaining a healthy pipeline of validated opportunities ahead of delivery.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market validation and review user research to surface user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering and UX/UI leadership to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and execution.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of product features, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Continuously monitor and analyse product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to inform data-driven decisions and iterative improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
