Role Overview

I’m helping an established insurance broker find a Digital Product Lead to join them on a permanent or contract basis.

The organisation have a big drive to create a digital workbench to cover their PAS and CRM systems and provide mobile access and a better customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the front and back end development of these products
  • Managing a team of 3
  • Working closely with key business stakeholders to ensure correct implementation

The role will be 80% hands-on with the engineering and 20% management.

Requirements

  • Background either as a Digital Product or as a Lead / Senior Product Engineer
  • Insurance / InsurTech experience is ideal
  • Full stack experience across front and back end development

Employment Type

The role is ideally a permanent role, but they would also consider a contractor due to the urgency of this role.

Work Schedule

  • Based in the office 2-3 days a week in the closest office (which could be London, Essex, or Southampton)
  • Involves regular travel to the other offices

Compensation

  • High base salary with bonus and benefits
  • Lucrative contract day rate (outside IR35)
