Digital Product Manager (AdTech/Retail Media)
We are partnering with one of the UK's top retailers to recruit an experienced Digital Product Manager to support the continued evolution of its AdTech and Retail Media proposition.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible product team at a pivotal stage in their AdTech journey. Following a recent migration to a new advertising technology platform, the business is focused on expanding capabilities, enhancing reporting and targeting functionality, and unlocking new revenue-generating opportunities across web and app channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising product value, minimising risk, and driving continuous improvement whilst balancing commercial objectives with an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term AdTech product vision and strategy across digital platforms.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead backlog prioritisation and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-value product enhancements.
- Partner with Retail Media, Commercial, Design, Research and Technology stakeholders to identify and deliver new advertising opportunities.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of advertising placements to increase supplier engagement and ad revenue.
- Explore and implement new capabilities including targeted placements, enhanced tracking and reporting, and self-service supplier tooling.
- Ensure advertising solutions complement and enhance customer journeys, maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
- Define and monitor product success metrics, ensuring alignment with wider business OKRs and performance measures.
- Champion accessibility standards and inclusive product design principles.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a digital environment.
- Experience owning and managing product roadmaps, backlogs and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of AdTech, Retail Media, digital advertising platforms or related monetisation products.
- Experience balancing commercial objectives with customer and user experience considerations.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced and evolving organisations.
