Your role in the team
We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to lead the creation of AI-powered finance technology products that transform enterprise financial data into action. In this role you will define and deliver next-generation finance capabilities that include predictive modelling, trend analysis, risk identification, automated insight generation, and faster anomaly detection across the business.
Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Product and Technology stakeholders, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable digital product solutions that reduce the time from insight to action and enable faster, data-driven decisions that improve financial performance and support profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success measures for AI-enabled finance technology products across financial management, predictive modelling, insight generation, and anomaly detection.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Product and Technology teams to identify high-value business problems and convert them into prioritised product outcomes, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of digital products and intelligence capabilities, ensuring solutions use modern data, cloud, analytics, and AI technologies to create measurable business value.
- Translate complex financial data, trends, risks, and opportunities into user-centred products that support faster and more informed decision-making for business leaders.
- Manage stakeholder alignment across senior business and technology audiences, influencing strategy, resolving competing priorities, and maintaining clear communication on progress and outcomes.
- Monitor product performance using agreed metrics, user feedback, and business impact measures to continuously improve adoption, usability, and time from insight to action.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
