Digital Product Manager
Location: London Bridge area | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week | Contract Type: 6-month FTC with a view to permanent
Help shape the future of EV charging
This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly scaling UK business operating in the EV charging market, at a genuinely exciting point in its growth. The business is helping build the infrastructure needed to support the UK's transition to electric vehicles, working with public and private landowners to develop and operate charging networks across the country. The market is growing fast, the technology function is undergoing significant investment, and you'll be joining at a point where you can genuinely influence what comes next.
This is initially a 6-month FTC, with a strong view to converting to permanent.

It's a scale-up environment with the backing of an established organization. Things move quickly, priorities evolve, and you'll have plenty of visibility and autonomy.

The role
You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to turn customer and commercial problems into digital products that create real value. You'll own your product area across discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement. A big part of the role will be working closely with engineers, understanding technical considerations, and making pragmatic product decisions. You'll also need to be comfortable challenging assumptions and balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, and technical constraints.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a strong Product Manager who enjoys ownership, pace, and ambiguity. You could come from a consumer, digital, technology, or other fast-scaling environment. EV experience is desirable, but not essential. We're particularly interested in people who:
- Think commercially as well as putting the customer first
- Enjoy working closely with Engineering
- Are confident managing and influencing stakeholders
- Focus on outcomes rather than simply delivering features
- Enjoy working in an environment that is still evolving
- Want the opportunity to make a visible impact

The opportunity
The transition to electric vehicles is already underway, but the infrastructure needed to support it is still being built. You'll be joining while the business is scaling its technology capability, strengthening its product function, and building for the next stage of growth. That means your work will have a much more visible impact than you might get in a mature Product organization.
