About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy based in our Oldham, Bower House office. We offer hybrid working, blending office days with working from home.
The overall purpose of the role is to lead on the development of Digital Products, maximising value through in-depth understanding of user community needs, alongside in-depth knowledge of product capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams to continuously design, build, and improve products that deliver meaningful outcomes in line with product visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
We have invested heavily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and continue to expand our digital capabilities by extending our case management functionality and implementing Field Service. As part of our digital channel shift strategy, we recently launched a new Resident Portal through Plentific and utilise 8x8 to support our contact management capabilities. We have already adopted AI-powered features within these platforms and are keen to further explore and expand the use of AI to enhance both resident experience and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can define the vision for digital products, ensuring that stakeholders, and design and development activities remain aligned to the ultimate goal for the product. You will work with vendors to shape Product Roadmaps, ensuring enhancements meet business needs and that new features and functionality from routine product releases are exploited. You will continuously review digital product capabilities against business capabilities, presenting opportunities to senior stakeholders that leverage digital products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
