Digital Product Manager

We are recruiting for a Digital Product Manager who share our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

Role Overview

The role supports the design, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of clinical and operational digital systems, with a strong focus on electronic patient record (EPR) and related digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across clinical, operational, technical, and supplier teams to ensure systems meet user needs and align with organisational priorities.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery, adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate user and service needs into clear product backlogs, user stories, and delivery outcomes, while supporting the development of efficient, user-centred workflows.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring effective system performance.
  • Coordinate system changes, testing, release activities, and ensure compliance with governance and information management standards.

Requirements

  • Strong collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams to support product development, prioritisation, delivery, and adoption of digital solutions.
  • Build effective relationships with service users and stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure digital products meet operational, clinical, and organisational needs.
