Digital Product Manager - Wirral - Hybrid

Salary up to £55k - Depending on experience

My client, a forward-thinking consumer brand, is recruiting a Digital Product Manager to join their Marketing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for shaping and delivering the creative and technical direction of a digital platform. This role combines user experience design, creative thinking, and technical understanding to create engaging, intuitive, and effective digital experiences.

Working across design, product, marketing, and development teams, the role will translate ideas into practical digital solutions for our customers and ensuring products continue to evolve based on user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the creative vision and user experience across digital products
  • Designing and improving user journeys, interfaces, and digital features
  • Collaborating with developers to support implementation and technical delivery
  • Managing product improvements, testing, feedback, and optimisation
  • Bridging the gap between creative design, user experience, and technology
  • Ensuring digital platforms remain user-focused, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Own the design and support the delivery of our product app
  • Gather and prioritise business and user requirements
  • Work with design and development teams to create user-focused digital experience
  • Improve user journeys, platform features, and overall product performance
  • Manage the product branding and make sure it's customer friendly
  • Use customer feedback and data insights to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption
  • Monitor KPIs and drive optimisation opportunities
  • Ensure products remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives
  • Act as the key point of accountability for digital product success

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or similar role
  • Experience owning the design and supporting the digital product or app-based solution
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and feature prioritisation
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimisation
  • Experience working closely with developers, designers, and third-party suppliers
  • Ability to interpret data, analytics, and customer insights to inform product decisions
  • Experience writing user stories, online content, and product requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, APIs, CMS platforms, and software development journeys
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within a retail, sports, agency, or e-commerce environment
  • Passion for sports
  • Knowledge of customer engagement, loyalty, or membership-based platforms
  • Experience managing third-party development partners or digital agencies
