Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll be responsible for defining and measuring clear success criteria for your digital products, establishing meaningful business outcomes that support the Bank’s wider strategic objectives. You’ll create effective feedback loops to understand the impact of your products and use these insights to continually review, refine, and prioritise the backlog, maximising value in line with the overarching product roadmap and business outcomes. You’ll also take responsibility for the seamless delivery of digital products to end users, including appropriate training, communications, and supporting literature to encourage successful adoption.

We’re looking for someone who is customer-centric, with a strong focus on end-user experience and outcomes, alongside a strong working knowledge of the Financial Services industry and PSD2 regulations. You’ll have experience working in a digital product delivery environment, with exposure to or knowledge of Agile development and change methodologies, and a strong understanding of what good looks like for online banking journeys and customer authentication solutions. You’ll be a highly positive and collaborative team player who actively engages stakeholders, supports colleagues, and shares knowledge, while also having the influencing skills needed to confidently represent the Digital Product area and gain buy-in to strategy and roadmap decisions across a diverse stakeholder group.
