Digital Product Owner
Primarily Remote - Client Site: 2 Days Per Month
I'm partnering with our forward-thinking financial services client who are undergoing a significant end-to-end transformation and looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to help shape the future of its digital customer experience.
As a purpose driven business that is values lead, they offer fantastic culture which encourages bold thinking and personal/career development.
This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of key digital products, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Web Applications, while playing a central role in delivering the organisations digital roadmap.
The Role
You'll own the digital product experience and customer journeys across web and mobile, working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Customer Care, Risk, Payments and Marketing.

You'll
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
- Own and prioritise product backlogs.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into meaningful digital change.
- Work with agile and development teams to deliver new functionality.
- Use customer insight, data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage digital risks, controls and dependencies.
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams and end users.
- Champion digital transformation and help shape a stronger digital culture.

What We're Looking For
- Ideally you'll have in depth digital experience, preferably within financial services.
- Experience as a Product Owner, working within an agile environment.
- A strong track record of delivering digital products from ideation through to launch and optimisation.
- Experience across web and mobile applications and digital channel development.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A customer-focused, data-driven approach to product development.
- The ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
