Digital Product Owner
We're looking for a Digital Product Owner to join a fast-paced product and technology environment, helping shape and deliver digital products that make a real difference to customers and colleagues.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and turning business needs into clear product outcomes. You'll act as the voice of the customer, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and external technology partners to ensure the right solutions are prioritised and delivered.
You'll be joining an organisation undergoing significant digital transformation, where product thinking, customer insight and data-driven decision making are at the heart of our approach.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and prioritising a product backlog, ensuring focus remains on delivering maximum customer and business value.
- Working with business stakeholders to understand reporting, operational and customer needs, translating them into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Using customer feedback, analytics and research to inform decisions and validate outcomes.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Delivery Leads and third-party technology partners throughout the product lifecycle.
- Leading backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
- Supporting user testing and continuous improvement activities to optimise product performance and user experience.
- Making data-driven decisions to guide priorities, measure success and identify opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
