At Premier Inn, guests choose us because they know what they’re getting — a great night’s sleep, good value, and an experience they can rely on. As the UK’s largest hotel brand, we are famous for our warm welcome, comfy beds and unlimited breakfasts. We now have an exciting opportunity to bring that same consistency and quality to our digital experiences.

As part of our investment in strengthening our digital and data foundations, we're looking for a Digital Product Manager – Data Activation & Retention to join our dynamic Digital Product team. This role sits at the heart of how we use customer and hotel data today and in the future. As the way customers discover and book travel continues to evolve, you’ll play a key role in deepening guest loyalty and unlocking new monetisation opportunities.

You’ll shape the products and platforms that turn data into action — from richer customer profiles and hotel-level insights to more personalised experiences across digital and hotel touchpoints. Working closely with Commercial, Technology and Data teams, you’ll identify opportunities, define a clear product roadmap and deliver solutions that create meaningful value for both our guests and the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
