Digital Production Coordinator – Hurst Group (Shoreditch, London)
The ideal candidate will own digital content production end to end. This is a hands-on production role at the heart of Hurst's digital output, covering content production, copywriting and design, and ensuring everything from commercial campaigns to internal materials is delivered on time and to a high standard.

About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Production, the Digital Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all digital content across Hurst Group is produced to an exceptionally high standard, efficiently and on time, whether created in-house or provided as raw copy or assets by advertisers and other commercial partners, and is fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a hands-on production role, combining scheduling and quality control with feature production, copywriting, light design and AI-supported workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling – Manage scheduling, workloads, copy/asset chasing and delivery against deadlines
- Content Coordination – Coordinate the production of digital editorial, advertorial and advertising creative for all Hurst Group products, including Digital Native Content Marketing, Digital Native Solus Content Marketing, Digital Brand Advertising and Digital Competitions
- Internal Content Support – Coordinate production of digital content for internal purposes, including Media Packs, Training Manuals and content for Hurst Group websites
- Copy Support – Write and edit copy where required, checking commercial and internal content is clear, on-brand and compliant ahead of production
- AI-Assisted Workflows – Use AI tools to support day-to-day production tasks, copy checks and light design, improving turnaround and efficiency
- Quality Control – Carry out day-to-day quality checks, compliance checks and delivery tracking
- Content Storage – Maintain digital content storage and asset libraries on HGL servers
- Pre-Flight Checks – Carry out format and specification checks ahead of publication
- Publishing – Load completed content onto media owner and website CMS platforms
- Liaison – Liaise with advertiser and media owner customers and internal stakeholders (Sales) to keep workflow moving and projects on track

Essential Experience
- 2+ years of digital production experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident copywriting ability
- Comfortable using AI tools to support production and content workflows
Desirable
- Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
