Role Overview
GSK are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the execution of strategic Legal & Compliance technology initiatives. This role will oversee complex projects, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of digital and AI-enabled solutions that support business objectives within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery execution over the Technology strategic roadmap for Legal & Compliance, ensuring business outcomes, quality, usability, stability, and supportability of new products and services.
- Own the delivery plan for assigned projects including providing direction to multiple product and technical teams, including third-parties.
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues concerning assigned projects, addressing risks and facilitating decisions.
- Lead proof of concept projects, working closely with product teams and Legal & Compliance to define POC hypothesis and concept solution, then facilitating decision-making over whether to scale or stop, including funding submissions.
- Liaise with Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise AI groups over platform decisions and solution designs, driving alignment and decision-making processes.
- Provide project and portfolio level status reporting for an executive audience.
- Provide financial oversight of the domain, including project budgets and internal/external team resourcing costs and benefit realisation.

Skills & Experience
- Experience leading technology and/or digital/AI initiatives focused on the Legal & Compliance domain.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders within Legal & Compliance at all levels (Steer Co, Process SMEs, Data Teams).
- Domain platform knowledge within a Legal & Compliance context. Desirable platforms include Ironclad, Harvey, Legora, Certa.ai, Claude Cowork, and Databricks.
- Has operated within a Technology function at a global company, within a highly regulated industry.
