DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
Normal working hours will be 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday (inclusive), including one-hour unpaid lunch on each day worked; making a total of 35 working hours per week.
KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Digital Product Executive will work closely with the Digital Products Manager to support the development, delivery and optimisation of MCC digital products and platforms.
The role will help ensure MCC's websites, mobile app, Single Sign-On (SSO) solution and other digital touchpoints deliver a high-quality user experience, support business objectives and drive audience engagement.
Working across MarComms, IT and other departments, the Digital Product Executive will support digital product delivery, content management, testing, analytics and stakeholder coordination. The role will also contribute to the ongoing development of London Spirit's digital products and support initiatives that drive audience growth and first-party data capture.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Digital Product Delivery: Support in delivering MCC and London Spirit digital product roadmaps and initiatives. Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements for new features and improvements.
- Testing and Release Support: Work closely with development agencies and internal stakeholders to raise and manage development tickets, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the successful release of updates.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the IT team, and external development agencies to support successful product delivery. Support the coordination of digital projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, timelines and priorities.
- Platform and Content Management: Support the business with content updates and requests across MCC’s digital platforms using CMS tools. Help maintain the quality, functionality and performance of digital platforms. Work with the external SEO agency to help improve our organic search performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Help to monitor digital performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools and support regular updates on performance.
- Optimisations: Recommend opportunities to improve digital experiences, processes and performance based on analytics and insights. Keep up to date with digital trends and best practice.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS – SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Experience working with digital products and platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms and content workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Keenness to learn and adaptable to changing environments.
- Maintains composure under pressure.
Desired:
- Basic understanding of UX principals.
- Basic analytical skills, or experience using Google Analytics.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new website or app releases.
- Understanding of digital data capture forms and end-to-end digital customer journeys.
- Knowledge of cricket and the wider sports industry.
