Digital Programme Advisor
Wilmslow | £26,000 + £12,000 commission | £38,000 OTE | Uncapped earning potential

We're looking for a Digital Programme Advisor to join a growing training provider in Wilmslow, helping people take the next step in their careers through fully funded digital and IT training programmes.
What you'll be doing
You'll be speaking with people who have already shown an interest in developing their skills and exploring training opportunities.
Day to day, you'll:
- Speak with prospective learners over the phone, email, SMS and online platforms
- Understand their goals and help identify the right programme for them
- Guide learners through the enrolment journey from initial conversation to sign-up
- Build genuine relationships and provide a great experience throughout
- Keep on top of multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work towards clear individual and team targets
- Attend occasional events and networking opportunities

What you'll get
- £26,000 basic salary
- £10,000 - 12,000 commission opportunity, taking OTE to £38,000
