Digital Programme Manager

Day Rate: £600-£650 per day Outside IR35 (up to £670 for exceptional candidates)
Contract Length: 12-18 months

Lead a £25m Global Digital Transformation Programme

Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Programme Director to lead a high-profile £25m digital transformation programme that will reshape and unify digital learning and assessment products used globally across more than 200 countries.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an individual who thrives on delivering complex digital programmes rather than managing from a distance. You'll take ownership of an ambitious platform transformation programme, bringing together multiple digital services onto a new unified platform while embedding innovative, AI-enabled delivery approaches.

The Opportunity

As the senior delivery lead, you will be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring multiple workstreams, suppliers and stakeholders remain aligned to a clear, achievable plan. Working across Product, Technology, Data, UX, Content and Commercial teams, you will drive one of the organisation's most strategically important digital initiatives from mobilisation through to launch and stabilisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
