Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager (CEP Migration)
London/Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Circa £700 per day (Inside IR35)
6 month contract
We are partnering with a leading, well-known brand to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead a major Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) migration from Adobe to Braze.
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end programme, coordinating multiple technical and business workstreams to ensure a successful migration, integration and adoption of the new platform.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the migration of the organisation’s Customer Engagement Platform from Adobe to Braze.
- Develop and manage the programme plan, covering platform implementation, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and business readiness.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across Marketing, CRM, Digital, Data, Engineering, Architecture and Security.
- Manage complex dependencies, risks, budgets, resources and delivery milestones.
- Oversee the migration of customer journeys, campaigns, audience segments, templates and associated data.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure integrations and data flows are secure, scalable and reliable.
- Manage Braze and other third-party partners, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and commitments.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience leading complex MarTech or Customer Engagement Platform migrations.
- Previous experience implementing or migrating to Braze is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, customer journeys, campaign management and personalisation.
- Experience managing customer data migration, integrations, data quality and governance.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders and third-party technology partners.
- The ability to operate strategically while maintaining close oversight of delivery detail, dependencies and programme risks.
