The Team
Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
About the Role
The Senior Digital Programme Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of the Cloud EMEA's digital marketing programmes, bringing a modern, video-first and audience-first approach to campaign execution across the region.
Working across regional marketing teams, agencies, and creative partners, they will deliver integrated digital campaigns spanning video, webinars, digital events, and social channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at scale. They will also identify opportunities to introduce new content formats, emerging platforms, and more engaging digital experiences that keep Cloud's marketing fresh and relevant.
Combining strong programme management with digital expertise, the successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, and digitally curious, with the ability to deliver complex programmes while continuously improving how Cloud connects with enterprise audiences across EMEA.

Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Innovation
- Lead the delivery of our Clients Cloud EMEA's digital marketing programmes, embedding video-first, audience-first, and social-first thinking across campaigns.
- Bring fresh ideas, emerging platforms, and new content formats into campaign delivery to keep Cloud's digital presence current and engaging.
- Partner with campaign teams to ensure digital strategy is considered from planning through to execution and optimisation.
Content & Digital Experiences
- Deliver integrated digital campaigns across video, webinars, digital events, and social channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of regional webinar programmes, working with speakers, agencies, and campaign teams to maximise audience engagement.
- Drive the use of short-form video, executive thought leadership, and social-first content, ensuring assets are optimised for each channel.
- Explore AI-enabled tools and content workflows to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
Programme Leadership
- Lead multiple digital programmes simultaneously across EMEA, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and agency delivery.
- Build scalable processes and frameworks that enable consistent execution across regional markets.
- Continuously improve ways of working through automation, AI, and operational best practice.
Stakeholder & Agency Leadership
- Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital programmes across EMEA.
- Manage creative agencies, production partners, and suppliers to deliver best-in-class digital content and experiences.
- Act as the regional digital lead, sharing best practice and bringing new ideas that enhance campaign performance.

Measurement & Optimisation
- Define campaign success measures and report on digital, webinar, and content performance.
- Analyse campaign data to identify insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Develop reporting frameworks, playbooks, and best practice guidance that improve digital execution across EMEA.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- B2B Event Management: 5-8+ years of experience coordinating and leading integrated digital, video-first, and social-first marketing campaigns, preferably within the enterprise technology or cloud ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of orchestrating campaigns across regional stakeholders, directing creative/production agencies, and aligning localised strategies with global brand guidelines.
- Project Tools & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with social management platforms, video production workflows, marketing automation, CRM databases (Salesforce), and digital campaign analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Video-First & Social-First Strategy: Deep expertise in architecting high-impact video and social campaigns (YouTube, LinkedIn, short-form content, and live streams) specifically designed for modern enterprise and B2B audiences.
- Digital Programme Ownership & Execution: Proven ability to manage end-to-end digital production workflows, agency partnerships, and multi-channel campaign rollouts at pace across complex EMEA markets.
- Strategic Stakeholder & Data Leadership: Strong track record of aligning senior regional stakeholders, interpreting multi-channel campaign analytics, and translating data into actionable optimisations.
