Conception to Completion: Digital Project Delivery Manager at Kingdom Group

(Temp - 12 months)

At Kingdom Group, the Digital department deliver and control multiple concurrent business change and digital projects. We are evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers and communities. Working with cross-functional teams, sponsors and stakeholders this role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, which requires strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Digital Project Delivery Manager for 12 months.

The Role

As a Digital Project Delivery Manager, you’ll:

  • Work with the Business Analyst to define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria for each project at initiation, in agreement with the Digital Manager.
  • Manage a portfolio of several concurrent projects, moving fluently between them and adjusting priorities as circumstances change.
  • Maintain robust project controls, including RAID logs, change control, and benefits tracking for each project.
  • Build strong working relationships with sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks and issues across all projects, escalating promptly where required.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience or is educated to Degree level.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong project planning skills, including scheduling, dependency mapping, and RAID management.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering business change and/or digital projects from initiation to closure.

Salary: £43,959 - £50,231
