About Us

What You'll Do

Role Overview

To be an expert in the project management field demonstrating a natural aptitude for handling large scale website projects with challenging functionality requirements.

Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating studio team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

What You Do: key responsibilities

  • Act independently and provide sound solutions to client or studio challenges before presenting to the digital delivery director.
  • Project Planning: Creating detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establishing timelines and milestones.
  • Translate technical briefs from clients into the studio and to be able to confidently explain project technicalities to the client with ease.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identifying potential risks and issues within projects and being able to articulate these to the project team, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, executives, and external partners.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for each website project.
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
  • Extensive understanding of project management principles and methodology.
  • Help the digital delivery director to establish new working practices/processes that will help to improve project delivery and efficiencies.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities & resources and chairs the project management team meetings.
  • Provide status reporting to clients and digital delivery director regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and foreseen issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluating project performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Assess and evaluate project success.

  • Several years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of digital technologies including AI agents, web development, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage different projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
