Role Summary
This role owns the rhythm of delivery. You will keep CRM work moving across strategy, design, development, QA, approvals, and launch windows.
You will be the person who makes complex work feel controlled, clear, and calm for both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- You won't just be executing campaigns. You will help build our proprietary suite of accelerators and internal tools, developing the software and systems that make delivery faster and smarter.
- Delivery management
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status notes, approval routes, and launch checklists.
- Track dependencies, risks, decisions, and open questions across internal and client teams.
- Protect delivery quality while keeping momentum through changing requirements.
- Client and team rhythm
- Run useful status meetings and translate discussion into clear next actions.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, responsibilities, and readiness.
- Capture post-project learnings and turn them into repeatable delivery improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Professional project management experience in digital, CRM, marketing technology, or agency delivery.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and approvals with discipline.
- Comfort working with strategy, design, development, data, and QA workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- CRM or lifecycle marketing delivery experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or ESP campaign operations.
- Experience managing multi-market or high-volume campaign calendars.

What Success Looks Like
- Month 1
- Take over delivery coordination for selected live workstreams with clear status control.
- Month 2
- Lead client rhythm and internal delivery tracking for a full CRM project cycle.
- Month 3
- Improve project templates, QA gates, or approval paths based on observed delivery friction.
The Work Mix
