Digital Project Manager

Salary: £55k - £65k + Bonus
Location: Bristol (2 days a week)

About the role:

I’m working with an award-winning law firm in central Bristol in support of their search for a Digital Project Manager to support the delivery of a range of technology-led initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in digital transformation and Agile delivery to manage internal innovation-oriented projects as they continue to strengthen their technology capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle across digital, technology and transformation.
  • Supporting Agile delivery, facilitating sprint planning and stand-ups.
  • Working closely with the IT, Innovation, and Solutions teams as well as external software vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and promote best practice across the project function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
