Digital Project Manager
Provn are proud to be partnered with a leading life assurance and wealth solutions provider as they look to hire a Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of an innovative, AI-enabled digital service.
The project will focus on enhancing the customer experience through emerging AI technologies and modern digital capabilities. Built on a new technology platform, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering a forward-thinking digital solution from the ground up.
Highlights:
- Lead delivery across external technology partners, internal developers and business process teams
- Engage business stakeholders on digital services, user experience and implementation
- Manage the phased rollout of AI-enabled capabilities
- Own project plans, risks and reporting for a high-profile digital transformation initiative
- Prepare the business for successful implementation and adoption
