Digital Project Manager

We are looking for an organised, collaborative Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital sport. You will join an industry-leading team, working alongside passionate colleagues and high-profile clients.

The Role

You will lead day-to-day relationships with key sports clients, overseeing projects across their full lifecycle, from initial strategy through to launches and post-launch optimisation. Working alongside experienced designers, developers, and strategists in an agile setup, you’ll drive projects that deliver maximum fan engagement on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to translate business and fan-engagement goals into actionable technical requirements.
  • Author project documentation, including Statements of Work (SoWs), sprint plans, and budget reconciliations.
  • Facilitate agile delivery by leading sprint planning, stand-ups, retro meetings, and resource management.
  • Track project progress, manage scope changes, and maintain tight budget control.
  • Troubleshoot delivery roadblocks with proactive, solution-oriented thinking.
  • Provide light account management and ongoing support for clients.

Ideal skills and experience

  • 1–2 years of experience managing projects within a digital agency environment.
  • Deep curiosity for digital products, with a working knowledge of web/mobile tech, CMS platforms, and fan/ecommerce ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and delivery tools like Jira.
  • Strong track record of tracking budgets, writing SoWs, and hitting deadlines.
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive delivery mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
