Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to join Northern Artillery.

You’ll plan, manage, and deliver digital projects across e-commerce and web projects, acting as the key link between our clients and internal teams.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships. You’ll have a working knowledge of agile methodologies, although most projects are delivered using a structured waterfall approach.

If you enjoy bringing people and projects together to deliver brilliant digital work, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of digital projects from briefing to delivery.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation including scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Run project planning, stand-ups, and review meetings using Jira.
  • Track progress, manage tasks, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Support the QA and UAT process, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards before launch.
  • Manage scope changes and project issues proactively, escalating where necessary.
  • Support the smooth handover of completed projects into maintenance or ongoing support.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, including new projects, retained projects, or change requests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
