Role Overview

We're looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager on a secondment/fixed term basis for an 12 month period to support the delivery of key digital projects.

Job Focus

The focus of this role will be the management of the significant elements of the EmPoweR, our programme to bring a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR) to the Trust, as well as other key projects that will support our digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards.

Location

The post will be based at either Eastbourne DGH or Conquest Hospital, St Leonards, with the requirement to travel to other sites as required and opportunities for home/flexible working.

Candidate Requirements

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager who can manage projects using PRINCE2 methodology, demonstrating excellent risk management and strong communication and leadership skills.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of successfully implementing change in a complex organisation, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and professional groups as part of a Digital Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
