Digital Producer

This is a midweight role within the digital production team, responsible for delivering best-in-class creative across display, social and OLV, while leading on high-priority projects. As a specialist in digital production, the Digital Producer serves as a subject matter expert within the wider team. The role includes supporting and mentoring Assistant Producers, fostering knowledge sharing and supporting their professional development. Working closely with the Senior Producer, the Digital Producer will review and implement processes to drive efficiency and optimise workflows as well as delivering priority projects. They are a highly organised multitasker with a strong problem-solving mindset and a proven ability to motivate and get the best out of others.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the delivery of digital campaigns and wider departmental initiatives.
  • Own projects from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and internal and external approvals.
  • Provide digital production expertise to Campaign teams, advising on the best delivery approach and helping to resolve technical or production challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team trackers, including resource, project status and budget tracking.
  • Support and mentor Assistant Producers, contributing to their ongoing development and progression.
  • Ensure all work follows agreed Sky Creative production, governance and approval processes.
  • Work closely with Resource Managers to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and that budget is secured for any required backfill or additional support.

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant experience in a digital production, project management or creative agency environment, with significant experience delivering digital formats including Display, Social and OLV.
  • Experience working with Google Campaign Manager/DoubleClick and/or Innovid for digital campaign delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of the technical requirements and specifications associated with programmatic display, paid social and OLV.
  • A strong understanding of end-to-end digital production processes, from briefing and scoping through to build, approvals, trafficking and delivery.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident working directly with stakeholders, providing clear advice and managing expectations throughout the production process.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to support, motivate and get the best from individuals and more junior members of the team.
