Digital Project Manager

London, Hybrid (1 – 2 days a week)
£45,000–£55,000

I'm working with a fast-growing, premium subscription platform in creative education. They make in-depth online courses with some of the most respected names in their fields, teaching exactly how they work.
The business already has multi-million-pound annual recurring revenue, an international audience (mostly in the US), very loyal subscribers and a product its audience loves. The plan now is to double revenue, and they need a Digital Project Manager to keep the product team shipping as they grow.

The role

This is a junior-to-mid level role focused on delivery. You'll plan the work, keep it moving, and make sure what the engineers and designer build ships on time, to scope and without surprises.

You'll work day to day with the CTO, a small engineering team and a UX designer, taking priorities from the Head of Growth and leadership. You decide how and when things get delivered. Product vision sits with others.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Estimate and sequence work with the CTO, realistically for a small team's capacity
  • Own one prioritised backlog in Linear or Jira, instead of competing requests from different teams
  • Run sprint planning, daily check-ins and retrospectives
  • Be the team's first point of contact for blockers and dependencies
  • Keep growth, content and support teams informed on progress, timelines and trade-offs
  • Act as first-line QA and coordinate user acceptance testing and beta tests
  • Manage releases and handovers, and use product analytics to track how features perform after launch
