We’re looking for someone who can turn complexity into clarity. At true, we help organisations solve complex problems through thoughtful, well-executed digital products.
About the Role
As a mid-weight Digital Project Manager, you’ll bring structure, momentum and commercial awareness to digital product delivery: keeping clients informed, teams aligned and work moving confidently from scope through to launch and beyond.
This role is best suited to someone earlier-to-mid career who is ready to take more ownership in a digital agency environment, while still having support from senior delivery colleagues on more complex work.
Why this role exists?
We’re growing, and with that comes more ambitious, more complex client work.
We need someone who can:
- Bring structure without slowing things down
- Keep teams aligned and focused
- Ensure what we deliver is not just on time — but genuinely valuable
What you’ll be doing
Delivery & ownership
- Support digital product and platform delivery, including ecommerce builds, CMS-led websites, composable and headless solutions, PIM implementations and optimisation roadmaps.
- Manage digital product retainers focused on product roadmaps, optimisation, maintenance and measurable improvements to platforms, customer experience and business performance.
- Keep scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing clear enough for teams and clients to make good decisions.
- Track budgets, scope, timelines and resourcing, raising risks early and understand how delivery decisions affect commercial outcomes.
Client partnership
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients on in-flight digital projects, keeping progress, decisions, risks and next steps clear.
- Turn client needs into practical plans that teams can act on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
