The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a personable and confident individual to join our friendly team. We’re looking for someone who will work with our customers to understand the requirements for their website and the client’s branding, translate this into a clear project brief for our web developers, and deliver a great go-live experience for the customer.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading website consultations with new customers to understand their requirements, branding and objectives.
  • Turning customer conversations into clear, actionable briefs for our website developers.
  • Acting as the key liaison between customers and developers throughout each project.
  • Matching website features and products to customer needs while considering performance, design and usability.
  • Advising customers on website best practice, constructively challenging requests where appropriate and setting clear expectations.
  • Managing objections and escalations through confident, professional communication.
  • Progressing projects by phone and email, maintaining client relationships through the web studio mailbox and logging all contact in our in-house CRM.
  • Managing project dates, quality-checking websites against the agreed brief and working within strict internal SLAs.
  • Preparing and launching your own websites once customer sign-off has been confirmed.
  • Keeping project management software and associated tasks up to date.

About You

You will be a confident communicator and able to build good relationships with customers as well as our internal teams. We need someone who is organised and is comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You’ll have a keen eye for design & detail, be able to appreciate good website layout, and be able to identify website functionality that would benefit the client.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
